Late Cancellation & No Show Policy

At Disappear Laser Cinic + Tattoo Removal, our goal is to provide the highest quality service at the most competitive price possible for every client.


In order to achieve this high standard of service, we have implemented a Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy. This policy enables us to maintain our competitiveness and the ability to offer more appointments for clients to start or continue their laser treatments with us.

How to reschedule or cancel an appointment

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of things and you cannot keep your appointment.

Should that be the case, as soon as you know you cannot keep your appointment, please call us on 02 9587 8787 or use the Online Booking link in the emailed appointment confirmation. If you cannot reach a staff member please leave a detailed voicemail message giving your name, appointment time and date along with contact telephone number.

We will gladly cancel or reschedule your appointment to a more convenient date and time.

On the morning of the day BEFORE your appointment, we will send you an SMS reminder to the mobile phone number and an email reminder to the inbox of the address given to us by you in the Client Personal History Form.

PLEASE ADVISE US YOUR INTENTIONS BY MESSAGING 'YES' OR 'NO' VIA SMS OR EMAIL AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THE MESSAGE.

Please be considerate and call us immediately on 02 9587 8787 if you are unable to arrive on time to an appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your appointment or reschedule to a future date, we require at least 24 hours notice in advance so please contact us immediately if you need to change your appointment.

If no reply is received we cannot guarantee your appointment will be available should you arrive at the Clinic. We consider no response as an indication of a ’No-Show’ and subject to our No-Show Policy (see below). We may schedule another client from the waiting list into that appointment.

It is important that we have your current mobile phone number and email address. If there are any changes to your details contact us immediately so we can ensure we can reach you at all times.

Late Cancellation Policy

Any appointment that is rescheduled or cancelled on the day of the appointment will be considered a ‘Late Cancellation’ and will incur a Late Cancellation fee of 50% of the Treatment Cost.

This charge is payable at the next appointment before further treatments are performed and is in addition to the Reservation Deposit.

If a Reservation Deposit is held for a Late Cancellation appointment, that Deposit is forfeited and a further deposit required for further appointments.

In the case of Pre-Paid appointments, the Late Cancellation Fee will be deducted from the pre-paid balance.

No-Show Policy

A ’No-Show’ is a client who misses an appointment without contacting us prior to their appointment. ‘No-shows’ severely impact our business and our other clients. A failure to arrive at the appointment will be deemed a ’No-Show’ and incur a No-Show fee of 75% of the Treatment Cost.

This charge is payable at the next appointment before further treatments are performed and is in addition to the Reservation Deposit.

If a Reservation Deposit is held for a No-Show appointment, that Deposit is forfeited and a further deposit required for further appointments.

In the case of Pre-Paid appointments, the No-Show Fee will be deducted from the pre-paid balance.

Subsequent ‘No-Shows’ may lead to our refusal to accept future appointments and our refusal to complete further laser  treatments.
